Egg yolk antibodies protect against COVID spike proteins, drink from this glass portable spring, and you have power over your mind.

I recently came across a study that I wish I had come across much earlier. Published in January 2021, in the heart of the COVID pandemic, and titled, "Chicken Egg Yolk Antibodies (IgYs) block the binding of multiple SARS-CoV 2 spike protein variants to human ACE2", which stated:

“Our results show that the anti-Spike-S1 IgYs showed significant neutralizing potency against SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus, various spike protein mutants, and even SARS-CoV in vitro. It might be a feasible tool for the prevention and control of ongoing COVID-19.”

Considering the infamous COVID spike protein is what causes most of the ongoing issues, some of which can be very serious, from both COVID infection and vaccination, this is pretty noteworthy, and from my perspective, something that should’ve gotten more attention, or should have been researched further.

Since I opened with the results and findings of this study, let’s go all the way back to the beginning to provide some more clarity and context as to how noteworthy this study’s findings might be.

What is the “COVID spike protein”?

When you look at an individual coronavirus under a microscope, you will see literal spikes coming off the virus. These spikes make it easy for the virus to attach itself to a cell.

In fact, “corona” is Latin for “crown”, and that name is meant to be synonymous with the spike protein on the virus, like spikes on a crown.

There are multiple forms of the “coronavirus”, however, when we refer to “the coronavirus” or “COVID”, what we are referring to is the SARS-CoV 2 virus specifically.

The SARS-CoV 2 or COVID-19 spike protein is especially gnarly and results in far more side effects and complications due to the “gain of function research” done on the virus.

Yes, I am referring to the “lab leak theory” of COVID, and I will  briefly address the elephant in the room and move on.

The objective reality is that the COVID-19 virus was a byproduct of gain of function research done at the Wuhan Lab in China. This is not a political statement, and I think it’s a travesty that COVID in general became so politicized.

The fact of the matter is that the lab leak is no longer “theory”, as enough information has been released and been exposed in front of our own Congress, and speaking about this should no longer be a controversial topic of conversation, but rather, a matter of fact, which is how I’m addressing it.

This is important to note and highly relevant as I explain the spike protein moving forward and why it can cause so many issues.

Because gain of function research was done on the SARS-CoV 2 virus, it was made to be more infectious, and have more issues, which result in more side effects and complications from infection.

Again, I’m not debating the good or bad of this research, I’m just stating the facts.

As a result of this gain of function research, the spike protein on SARS-CoV 2 virus became especially problematic.

In fact, when most people have longer term issues resulting from COVID infection, or side effects from the vaccination, it is most likely from this spike protein.

The SARS-CoV2 spike protein specifically likes to bind to ACE2 receptors, has a tendency to linger (we’re now finding potentially for years), and is especially pro-inflammatory.

This is why it’s important to understand the tie between the gain of function research and the issues with COVID and/or COVID vaccination, as this spike protein is doing things in the body that are not natural, and again, can be especially problematic for some.

What are ACE2 receptors?

The Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme 2 (ACE2) receptor is a protein found on the surface of many cell types (cell membranes) in the body.

It plays a crucial role in the renin-angiotensin system (RAS), a hormonal system that regulates blood pressure, fluid balance, and inflammation.

Also very important to know for the sake of this segment is that ACE2 receptors are generally considered protective for various organs, including the heart, lungs, brain, and kidneys. It can help reduce inflammation, fibrosis (scarring), and cell death in these tissues.

Remember when I mentioned that the COVID spike protein likes to linger, sometimes for years?

Well, it loves to bind to these very important ACE2 receptors and call them home.

Viruses in general are pro-inflammatory, and as we just described, ACE2 receptors are supposed to help control inflammation and be protective for our organs.

Now, consider that you have a highly pro-inflammatory, manipulated to be more infectious form of a coronavirus spike protein that loves to bind to ACE2 receptors and stay for a while.

If you have this hyper pro-inflammatory spike protein that has taken over and bound itself to a receptor that is usually supposed to be anti-inflammatory and organ protective, you can see how this can cause some serious issues with organs that have ACE2 receptors.

And if you consider the organs that have ACE2 receptors, heart, lungs, kidneys, and brain, these are all the organs that have issues, or fail us when we have complications from COVID infection, or side effects from COVID vaccination, so it all adds up.

My COVID Complications

It’s probably safe to assume that if you are reading this, you’ve had COVID at some point.

I believe I’ve had it twice, maybe a third time, but one was for certain, and it was the first time I got it.

It was during the Delta variant wave, which was the second wave, and was widely considered the harshest variant.

It was November 2021, so this research was out at that point, and again, I wish I knew about it.

I basically had what felt like the flu for a week. I was definitely sick and had a fever and pretty bad body aches, but I would honestly say, it wasn’t worse than the flu.

As I started to be on the mend, I had a “second wave” come on, which I’m sure many of you have had as well.

This “second wave” isn’t typically a result of the viral infection, this “second wave” is a byproduct of the pro-inflammatory response to the spike protein buildup on your cells, and this is typically what causes the issues from COVID, not the viral infection itself.

During my second wave, I felt worse in many ways, but it was different, as I didn’t feel sick so to speak, but terrible in other ways.

A few days in I realized I felt like I did when I was recovering from some serious issues resulting from a concussion from football in college.

It all clicked for me then, that it was my brain that was the issue, and what I can assume now, was a buildup of the spike protein in my brain tissue, which caused serious inflammation.

If you had lingering brain fog and other similar issues, this is what was happening, and unfortunately, there’s a decent chance you still have spike proteins on ACE2 receptors in your brain, as I’m sure I do.

The issue for me was that I already had issues from my TBI (traumatic brain injury) in college that resulted in lack of depth perception, poor visual processing, and believe it or not, an inability to recognize faces (this is a real condition, and I apologize ahead of time if I ever pass you and don’t recognize you).

I felt like I was at my worst all over again, and recovering from a TBI, and it seems to have permanently exacerbated my lingering issues from that initial TBI to this day.

So, this research and its potential benefits hits close to home with me, as I’ve dealt with, and probably still deal with firsthand, the pro-inflammatory effects these spike proteins can have when they bind to our cells and linger.

And for any of you that may have had long COVID, other lingering issues resulting from COVID infection, or what you think to be side effects from the vaccine, I’m sure it does for you as well.

What to Consider Moving Forward

I cannot stress enough, this spike protein appears to really like to linger, which means many of us may still have spike protein buildup in our systems.

I think this is most evidenced by the fact that all cause mortality continues to rise above normal standards, and we are seeing a dramatic rise in aggressive cancers, heart attacks, and blood clots, all of which are conditions that are pro-inflammatory related.

The short of it is that we can still contract COVID infection, and these spike proteins are hard to detox, and if you are vaccinated, or with each booster, the mRNA is literally instructing your body to produce these spike proteins, so there’s good reason for all of us to be cognizant of the potentially harmful effects of the COVID spike protein.

Now, let’s tie all this back to the research and its findings...

Egg Yolk antibodies (iGYs) “…showed significant neutralizing potency against SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus, various spike protein mutants, and even SARS-CoV in vitro. It might be a feasible tool for the prevention and control of ongoing COVID-19.”

It’s entirely up to you if you want to be cognizant of potential lingering spike protein buildup in your system, however, if you are, it seems like eating more whole eggs could be effective at helping to “unbind” and thus detoxing your cells from said spike proteins, and also prevent binding from future COVID infections and/or vaccinations.

And this is just one study, it’s probably fair to assume that these egg yolk antibodies (IgYs) are generally effective immune system modulators, and could be just another thing to add to your nutritional arsenal to better arm your immune system moving forward.

I’m not saying you should start eating copious amounts of eggs daily, but this research will definitely inspire me to increase my egg yolk intake.

Some Quick Notes on Eggs

Eggs in general are an absolute superfood and nutritional powerhouse both from a macronutrient perspective (healthy fats & high quality protein) and micronutrient perspective (vitamins, minerals, and other bioactives like the egg yolk antibodies), much of which is found in the yolk.

I know the price of eggs has been a big topic and point of emphasis in the news, but to be honest, if you’re analyzing eggs by their nutritional value, paying less than $1 per egg is honestly cheap when you take into account their overall nutritional “bang for your buck”.

Objectively yes, the price of eggs has gone up, but relatively speaking, they are still super cheap when you take into account the nutritional value of just a single egg.

I always recommend local, truly free range eggs if you can, and even these should run you around $10 or less per dozen, which again, is quite cheap.

Finally, some people may have food sensitivities to eggs. Typically this is from the white. If you know you do, or suspect you do, try scrambling up just the eggs yolks and eating those with something, as that’s where all of the nutritional value is aside from the protein, including the antibodies in this study.

Last week I wrote about some unsettling research that shows we consume around a credit card’s worth of plastic every week from micro and nano plastics.

Unsettling, yes, however, I also addressed the fact that these micro and nano plastics are now a part of our environment, and mostly inescapable, so instead of trying to scare us to death about them, and their potential side effects, I tried to offer up some easy solutions and tips to reduce your micro and nano plastic consumption.

One easy way is to switch to drinking from glass and/or stainless steel more consistently, rather than cheap plastic water bottles.

If you’re going to drink from glass, why not a glass bottle that has technology imprinted in it that actually restructures your water back into it’s natural, organic state, as if it was collected fresh from a natural spring?

Real spring water comes straight from the Earth, from a natural spring, untouched, unprocessed, in its natural, organic state, the way it was meant to be consumed.

Drinking water Iike this is the equivalent of eating whole, organic foods.

The fact is, our tap water, and even pretty much all of the expensive bottled water we drink, has been treated and processed in some way, meaning it’s no longer in its natural, organic state.

This natural state of water is actually something they can photograph, as they can take images of the individual water crystals of both natural, organic spring water, and those of treated, processed water.

I carry a Flaska with me everywhere I go for those times when I don’t have my own natural spring water with me. Basically, if I’m in a position where I’m drinking water from the tap, a water cooler, or can’t find real spring water.

A Flaska is a glass water bottle that is programmed using TPS Technology, which is a method of imprinting the glass in a way that changes its vibrational frequency.

I know, this may sound a bit “woo woo”, however, bear with me, as there’s real science here. (Remember, this can all be photographed.)

When you fill a Flaska water bottle (that has been programmed with this TPS Technology), with treated, processed, inorganic (essentially dead) water, the vibrational frequency of the bottle will literally restructure each individual crystal of water back into its natural, organic state, as if this water was collected by hand, directly from a natural spring.

Think about how AMAZING this is!

Imagine if we could take processed, inorganic foods, and turn them back into natural, whole foods.

Now, this may all sound like magic, and a bit unbelievable, however, they’ve known for some time now, that water has the ability to be “restructured” back into its natural state.

Here are a couple ways to accomplish this:

✔️ Place your drinking water in a glass container, add trace minerals or natural sea salt, and let it sit in the sun for 24 hours.

✔️ You can also buy expensive infrared lights and shine them on your drinking water for at least 24 hours. Also in glass.

The magic of the Flaska is its ability to restructure your water back into its natural state in as little as 5 minutes; truly making it a “portable natural spring”.

And as I’ve mentioned, this has been photographed, and by a third party. See below - the image on the left is of a water “crystal” from Tokyo tap water. On the right, is an image taken of a water crystal from the same Tokyo tap water, after sitting in a Flaska for 5 minutes.

Just like when eating real, organic, whole foods, versus inorganic, processed foods, when your water is back to its natural, crystalline state, your body knows how to use it more efficiently to more effectively hydrate your body, just like how organic, whole foods will more effectively nourish your body.

And the glass bottles are sturdy, come with a protective sleeve, so they last, and are very inexpensive with respect to the overall benefit they provide. To check Flaska out, CLICK HERE

The world comes at you from many different angles.

There are people out there who are not at all aligned with your interests.

There are the thousands of random interactions with chance you have every day.

All of which can bump into you, affect your life, and even force you to deal with adversity; sometimes tremendous adversity.

And all of which are out of your control.

The one thing you can control…

How you respond.

You always control your mindset, your perspective, and how you choose to respond to adversity.

Concern yourself with that, and the rest of it, that which you cannot control, is not your concern.

You are POWERFUL. Act accordingly.
